NJC Youth Events ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by the Youth Ministries Department of the New Jersey Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our event registration pages and how we use it.
When you register for an event we may collect: your name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, the ministry you serve, coordinator experience, meal preference, lodging choice, t-shirt size, and billing contact (the club, church, or individual to be invoiced).
We use this information solely to process your event registration, communicate event logistics and updates, coordinate meals and lodging, issue invoices where applicable, and improve our events. We do not sell your personal information.
If you opt in to text messages, we will send event-related messages such as confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting in to texts is not a condition of registering.
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us operate (for example, email and SMS delivery and website hosting), and with authorized event staff and volunteers who need it to run the event. We may disclose information if required by law.
We retain registration data on our own secured systems for as long as needed to administer the event and meet record-keeping needs, then dispose of it responsibly. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, though no system is perfectly secure.
Registrations involving minors should be completed and consented to by a parent, guardian, or authorized ministry leader.
You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your registration information, email us at youth@njcsda.org.
